- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material supply and optimize operations
- Analyze data, prepare reports for the Purchasing Department
- Review purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders
- Expedite purchase orders to meet delivery deadlines
- Monitor inventory levels of select materials
- Identify and resolve purchase order and invoice discrepancies with accounts payable and suppliers
- Analyze cost variances and calculate key inventory metrics
- Maintain and update procurement master data within ERP/SAP systems
- Participate in creating, placing, and confirming purchase orders
- Minimum of three years' experience in manufacturing or supply chain environment
- Knowledge of supply chain concepts and procurement processes
- Experience working with ERP systems and/or SAP, preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with Excel
- Purchase Clerk experience or related training a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Attention to detail in data management and reporting
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Familiarity with vendor management, sourcing, and quotations
