Your role as a store leader will be to provide high-quality meat and seafood products with expert knowledge, meeting customer needs for cut, trim, or prepared portions, all in a clean, friendly environment. Meat and Seafood Manager Position Type: Full Time – Mid Level to Master Reports To: Store Director, Director of Meat Directs: Meat & Seafood Associates Daily Operations Providing exceptional service and sharing expert knowledge on meat and seafood Maintaining, cleaning, and properly signage in the Meat Department Properly pulling and rotating meat cases Working with the Pricing Coordinator to ensure pricing accuracy Completing inventories, maintaining paperwork, grind logs, and origin info Scheduling team members, completing orders, and monitoring sales and labor Company Standards Following safety guidelines and reporting safety issues Using department-specific programs according to policy Adhering to dress code and wearing name tags Completing required training and staying updated on industry knowledge Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 60 lbs occasionally and exert 25-60 lbs frequently, with good dexterity and the ability to stand, move, and work with sharp instruments.
