Travel Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)/Medical Technologist (MT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate laboratory testing services across blood bank, hemostasis, chemistry, hematology, and microbiology, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all laboratory procedures, results, and quality control activities to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with laboratory team members to ensure smooth workflow, troubleshoot equipment issues, and optimize testing efficiency.
• Execute skillful phlebotomy procedures and blood bank activities with precision, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Adjust work schedule flexibly for night shifts and rotating weekends, ensuring coverage and meeting facility needs consistently.

Qualifications:

• Baccalaureate degree in Medical Technology or a related field from an accredited institution.
• ASCP or AMT certification and BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of generalist experience with strong phlebotomy and blood bank expertise.
• Ability to work nights with rotating weekends, flexible schedule, reliable transportation, and excellent communication skills.
