MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center Intermediate Care (IMC) / Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse Only Considering Experienced RNs At This Time Unit Highlights About The Job MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center Intermediate Care (IMC) / Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse Only Considering Experienced RNs At This Time Unit Highlights Join our 48-bed IMC/Medical-Surgical unit where nurses are cross-trained to care for both telemetry and IMC patients , including those requiring chronic ventilator management and insulin drips. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced acute care RNs looking to build their skills and transition into higher-acuity nursing. Our Charge RNs are out of the numbers , allowing them to provide hands‑on support, mentorship, and clinical guidance throughout each shift. You'll work alongside a collaborative team with experienced leadership while enjoying flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth. Key Responsibilities As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans.
