Recruiter (Bilingual)We are seeking a dedicated and proactive bilingual recruiter who will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for field positions. As the first point of contact for both candidates and the company, this role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage a high volume of candidates in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates should have experience in recruitment, preferably within similar industries, and a passion for working with people.Location: Dallas, TXWork Schedule: M-FType of Employment: Contract to HireCompensation: $26/hr - $36/hrIndustry: ConstructionBenefits: Benefits are available the 1st day of the month following 60 days of employment. The following benefits available are medical, dental, and vision.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment process for field positions, with potential for corporate recruitment as needs evolve.Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.Utilize bilingual skills (English and Spanish) to effectively communicate with a diverse candidate pool.Collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.Schedule and coordinate interviews, managing all candidate communications.Handle background checks, drug screenings, and other onboarding procedures.Qualifications:2+ years of recruiting experience, especially in high-volume roles.Bilingual in English and Spanish.Experience in recruiting for similar industries is a plus.Ability to manage multiple requisitions and maintain a high level of organization.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on candidate experience.Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
