The firm is an active investor across real estate credit, rental housing, commercial property, and property technology through value-added and opportunistic investment strategies, with expertise spanning acquisitions, asset and portfolio management, property operations, development, construction, and leasing.The Vice President, Assistant Portfolio Manager plays a critical leadership role across RXR's real estate private equity and debt funds. The VP is responsible for overseeing fund-level financial performance, portfolio strategy and optimization, and the delivery of best-in-class forecasting, analytics, and investor reporting.Key responsibilities include leading the design and oversight of sophisticated fund-level and investor-level financial models, directing fund performance forecasting with scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses, overseeing fund cash management and covenant compliance, and driving portfolio-level analytics including hold/sell analyses, refinancing and recapitalization scenarios, return attribution, and market benchmarking. The role also manages the preparation of quarterly and annual investor reports and oversees responses to investor due diligence requests.The VP partners closely with the acquisitions, asset management, capital markets, and accounting teams, acting as a key point of accountability for fund performance, liquidity management, capital structure decisions, and all investor-facing outputs. Familiarity with fund partnership agreements, joint venture structures, and waterfall modeling is required.This is a senior investment management role at one of New York's leading real estate investment platforms, offering exposure across real estate PE and debt funds in a high-caliber institutional environment.Apply for this Position
