Position Highlights Responsibilities include patient care, resident and medical student education, research, and administrative duties. Faculty appointment with Baylor College of Medicine commensurate with experience. Multi‑specialty employed group of 19 fellowship trained orthopedic surgeons. Busy Level I Trauma Center with free‑standing McLane Children’s Hospital. EOS imaging. 4 resident/yr; Spine APP support. Guaranteed salary with potential to transition to the survey‑based compensation plan after the first year. Full benefits with relocation.
