The Shuttle Driver will provide safe, friendly, and timely transportation for our customers while their vehicles are being serviced, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. This position requires a clean driving record, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to representing our dealership with professionalism and care. Benefits: 401k Retirement Plan Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Disability Benefits Paid Time Off (Up to 3 weeks per year) Responsibilities: Greets customers in a pleasant and professional manner Assists with moving vehicles on and off the alignment racks Shuttles customers to and from our dealerships Shuttles vehicles between dealerships as needed Provides general housekeeping support on the Service Drive and Customer Lounge area Operates radio or similar device to communicate with dealership Keeps vehicles fueled Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills History of excellent attendance and work performance Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence and memos Attention to detail Ability to write simple correspondence Valid Driver’s License (good driving record required) Excellent driving record Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check Able to work 7am - 12pm schedule Young Automotive Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
