You will be onsite at the Deland, FL clinic.A Day in the Life of a Conviva PhysicianMonday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pmSee 12-15 patients per dayLonger authorized appointments (45 minutes)You will be on-siteRequired QualificationsDoctor of Medicine or Osteopathic MedicineBoard certified or board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal MedicineValid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or willing to obtain)Current, unrestricted DEA licenseScreened for TBMinimum of two+ years of experience in value based care1+ years of experience managing Medicare Advantage panel of patientsAssociate who speaks with a member in a language other than English must take a language proficiency assessment, provided by an outside vendor, to ensure competency.
