Senior Project Manager
Lead and manage end-to-end construction projects within the property industry, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and detailed plans. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays proactively. Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards throughout all project phases. Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and clients. Manage procurement of materials and resources while optimizing costs. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.

A successful Senior Project Manager should have: a background in construction management or a related field within the property industry. Proven ability to manage complex construction projects from inception to completion. Strong organizational and leadership skills to guide teams effectively. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present updates. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
