Lead HousekeepersTeam leads are responsible for supervising a team of three people. Making sure your team is supported and getting supplies that are needed. Responsible for cleanliness and overall appearance of the rooms and common areas.Cleaning of condo units, including: Dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen.Perform quality cleaning to meet expectations of guests and meet required time limits;Comply with safety as stated in the Employee Handbook;Pick up ground litter around assigned route or wherever visible.Must be able to do the following repetitive duties:Be able to bend down from the waistTwist upper body from side to sideReach arms above your headLift and/or carry at least 35 lbs.Work from a stooping or kneeling positionMust be able to work with cleaning chemicalsMust be able to work with a routine and stick to it;Must be able to work on a team to clean units.Must be able to speak and understand enough English in order to communicate and assist owners and guests.Reference check, criminal background check.Housekeeping and customer service experience preferred.
