About the position..

The Marketing Communications Coordinator will support all Triple Crown Corporation & Colonial Golf & Tennis Club's communication and marketing efforts through the coordination of internal and external messaging, planning events/activities, and providing day-to-day administrative support. This role collaborates across departments to help execute marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and engagement.

• Develop and execute email and texting marketing campaigns using Constant Contact to effectively communicate with customers, prospects, and employees.
• Coordinate the creation and distribution of monthly resident newsletters, email blasts, and texting.
• Coordinate bulk mailings through Taradel including mapping, price quotes, artwork submission, and follow up.
• Utilize Brandwatch software to create content and post across multiple platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
• Coordinating and sharing monthly Property Management Division newsletters.
• Sends communication texts out to necessary recipients, including but not limited to, employees, residents, and membership.
• Creates and distributes monthly calendars for Colonial Golf & Tennis Club.
• Updates and manages content within the Employee Intranet page, ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and meets company standards.
• Creates and sends out the Employee News Network monthly, ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and meets company standards.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and employee activities, including logistics, setup, vendor coordination, and event support throughout.
• Participate in projects for new and upcoming communities, including the setup and management of social media and Google accounts.
• Manage, package, and distribute company apparel and promotional merchandise orders for team members and properties.
• Running errands and picking up/dropping off materials as needed.

Requirements

What we are looking for from you...

• Must have a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, content execution, and communications
• Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, or other related field is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as, but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud - Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience using WordPress is highly preferred
• Experience using Constant Contact or other marketing communication platforms is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to write and edit clear, engaging, and grammatically correct content
• Occasionally works outside of normal work hours to assist with events
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining flexibility to quickly pivot to new projects and priorities as business needs evolve
• Ability to collaborate professionally & effectively with team members on various projects
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and approaches
• Must possess excellent attention to detail as well as organizational and time management skills
