Neuroscience Sales Representative (Cincinnati East, OH) - Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Neuroscience Sales Representative for the Cincinnati East territory covering Southern Ohio and Northeast Kentucky. The role involves driving pharmaceutical sales for neuroscience products, building clinical relationships with healthcare providers, and managing territory performance against established targets.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and meet forecasts through in-person and virtual engagement with Primary Care physicians
- Build clinical expertise on products and disease states to educate healthcare professionals on efficacy and safety
- Develop and execute local strategic and tactical business plans aligned with corporate objectives
- Manage territory budgets and allocate resources effectively across customer relationships and programs
- Maintain accurate administrative records including call data, forecasts, samples, and expenses
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Pharmaceutical sales experience or related commercial healthcare background
- Demonstrated ability to develop clinical product knowledge and engage healthcare professionals
- Strong sales forecasting and budget management capabilities
- Independent work proficiency with ability to manage territory objectives
- Compliance and ethical business practice adherence
