About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Aptiva Corp to find a qualified OR RN in Boston, Massachusetts, 02134!

A facility in Boston, MA is seeking its next amazing RN (Registered Nurse) for 13 weeks assignment to work in Operating Room unit. Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience required. 

Facility Details:
Unit - OR
NEURO, ORTHO TRAUMA, KIDNEY TRANSPLANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Shift Notes: 2-8s and 2-12H shifts - DAY/EVE rotate
Duration/Guaranteed hours/week:13 weeks/40 hrs/week, Up to 2 weekends/month – either call (7a-7p, or 7p-7a on Sat/Sun/holidays) or working shifts. 
On Call: 30 min on call response time. Short call shift once a week 3a-7a or 5p-9p. 
Float: Primarily based on the West Main campus but can be floated to east or CVI OR. 
Holidays: Holidays eligible to work: any while on contract. RTO must be approved. 
Skills: Scrub and/or circulate general surgery, robotics, transplants, ortho, neuro, spine, ENT (primarily head & neck); GYN, Urology, organ procurement, trauma 
OR West consists of 10 operating rooms and focuses on Inpatient Level I Trauma Surgery. 
The team cares for patients undergoing a wide variety of surgical procedures including bariatric, neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedic trauma, spine, major plastic reconstruction, robotic surgery, and kidney and liver transplants.

Minimum Requirements: 
Certs: BLS. ACLS
Active RN MA License required.
Must have 2 years experience required. 
NEURO, ORTHO TRAUMA, KIDNEY TRANSPLANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
50 miles radius rule applied.
