Your Mission

• Identify and connect with prospective healthcare candidates through our unique platform and your existing network
• Introduce MLR's opportunities to potential candidates and assess their interest
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for deeper evaluations
• Maintain engagement with prospects to enhance their hiring experience
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
