This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a high-performing insurance producer with a minimum of three (3) years of recent insurance sales experience and a documented history of meeting or exceeding sales goals. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, competitive, and thrives in a performance-driven environment. You'll work independently from your home office while helping customers protect what matters most through personalized insurance solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer insurance needs. Conduct professional, value-based conversations with prospective and existing customers. Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Life, Health, and other products. Follow up consistently with leads, referrals, and existing customers. Maintain accurate records and activity within agency management systems. Meet or exceed established sales, production, and customer service goals. Deliver an exceptional customer experience while building long-term relationships. Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of three (3) years of recent licensed insurance sales experience. Active Property & Casualty License (Required). Active Life & Health License (Required). Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, distraction-free home office. Strong computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn agency systems. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience with a State Farm agency or other captive insurance agency. Associate's degree or higher. Proven success selling multiple product lines, including Life and Health insurance.
