Digital Marketer

Vintage Modern is looking for a Senior Performance Marketer to own paid media across all channels. You'll be responsible for driving qualified lead volume for our ultra-luxury vehicles, managing ad spend via agency support, and leveraging our website and e-commerce platform to convert interest into closed sales. This is a high-ownership role — you'll set strategy, direct execution, and be held to clear monthly targets. We're looking for someone who eats and breathes digital marketing, with an extreme level of attention to detail in everything they touch. What You’ll Own: Paid search (Google Ads) — campaign architecture, bidding strategy, keyword management, and ongoing optimization via agency support Paid social (Meta, YouTube, and emerging channels) — creative strategy, audience targeting, A/B testing Lead generation — maintaining an average of 300 leads per day across online sources including Meta, Google, and other digital channels Website and e-commerce — implementing e-commerce strategy and utilizing the website platform and e-commerce tools to support and drive vehicle sales, with a target of 4 online-assisted sales per month Budget management — maintaining the monthly ad budget as set by management, with accurate pacing and spend reporting Retargeting and funnel strategy — across the full buyer journey Reporting and performance analysis — daily, weekly, and monthly to leadership Sales collaboration — working closely with the sales team to track lead-to-close performance and feed learnings back into campaigns What We’re Looking for: 10+ years running paid media, ideally with high-ticket or luxury products Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, including managing performance via agency partners Someone who eats and breathes digital marketing — this isn't a 9-to-5 skill set, it's a genuine passion An extreme level of attention to detail, with a mindset that nothing slips through the cracks Strong analytical skills — you live in the data and know what to do with it Experience managing significant monthly ad budgets with accountability to management Comfortable working with website CMS and e-commerce platforms, and implementing e-commerce strategy end to end #J-18808-Ljbffr
