PBX OperatorThe PBX Operator is responsible for answering and directing calls to and from and within the Medical Center. The PBX Operator is also responsible for monitoring of alarms and activating of the appropriate response to emergencies.Responsibilities include:Answering and directing calls to and from and within the Medical CenterMonitoring of alarms and activating of the appropriate response to emergenciesQualifications include:Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work under pressurePrevious switchboard experience desired or heavy phone experienceProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Bilingual desirable
