Summary / Objective As the Clinical Diabetes Specialist, you will promote and support Beta Bionics products and services within your assigned geography. You will manage the training journey for people with diabetes, serve as the main point of contact for their educational needs, and partner with the Territory Business Manager and Inside Sales Specialists to develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Your role requires excellent planning, organization, and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams in a collaborative environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Drive territory goals through strong clinical experience in diabetes Manage, conduct, and support the training journey for people with diabetes Demonstrate strong teaching and training abilities for healthcare providers and patients Use strong selling skills through a clinical medium Collaborate with the Territory Business Manager and Inside Sales Specialist to achieve territory goals Maintain compliant communication and documentation with the team through Salesforce.com Assist with providing product demos to providers, patients, and families Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills Train providers’ staff to become effective trainers Exhibit empathy and a passion for serving people with diabetes Act as a holistic Health Coach, viewing the person with diabetes in a comprehensive context Plan and organize effectively to handle multiple priorities Navigate and influence at all levels within an HCP and IDN environment Required Education and Experience RN or RD CDCES required Acceptable licenses: APRN, NP, PA Minimum 3 years of diabetes experience Preferred Experience and Qualifications 5+ years of diabetes experience Preferred industry experience Work Environment and Personal Protective Equipment This is a field‑based position. Candidates must reside in the geography specified in the job title. Physical Demands Regular independent mobility and interaction with a computer Travel may be required depending on business needs Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary for this position is $90,000–$100,000, plus an annual commission target, resulting in an annual earnings target of $128,000–$138,000.
