What You'll Do Assist dispatchers with coordinating daily freight movements. Communicate with drivers regarding pickup and delivery information. Monitor shipment status and provide updates to customers. Enter load information into transportation management systems (TMS). Verify shipment paperwork and transportation documents. Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating deliveries. Communicate with customers, brokers, warehouses, and drivers. Learn DOT regulations, Hours of Service (HOS), and transportation best practices. Help resolve delivery issues and transportation delays. Support the operations team with administrative and logistics tasks. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Provide outstanding customer service while representing CJC Transport.
