Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

Our State Farm Agency is looking for a dependable Account Associate to help support our growing team and provide excellent customer service to our customers. We're seeking individuals who are tech-savvy, socially connected, and eager to make a meaningful impact.
In this role you will build relationships with clients, assist with policy changes, answer coverage questions, and help identify opportunities to better serve our customers. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts
- Comfortable using computer systems and agency software
- Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Life and Health License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous insurance or customer service experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, friendly customer service to clients
- Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage explanations
- Review existing accounts and identify opportunities to better protect customers
- Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Support the sales team with customer relationship management
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm.
