We're looking for energetic, coachable, hands-on professionals who want to build a career in the growing fields of mobility, recovery, and human performance. You don't need to be a personal trainer or physical therapist—we provide specialized training.

What You'll Do

• Deliver practitioner-assisted stretching sessions using our proprietary tables, straps, and techniques.

• Help clients improve flexibility, mobility, range of motion, and movement quality.

• Work with active adults, athletes, golfers, fitness enthusiasts, and people who want to stay strong and mobile as they age.

• Build relationships with clients and help them stay consistent with their mobility goals.

• Maintain a professional, clean, and motivating studio environment.

• Work alongside a team that values accountability, teamwork, personal development, and results.

Who We're Looking For

• A passion for fitness, sports, strength training, recovery, or human performance.

• Strong communication skills and confidence working hands-on with clients.

• A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn.

• Comfort providing guided physical stretching while following our training, safety protocols, and client-specific limitations.

• A team player who takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience.

Experience in personal training, coaching, massage therapy, kinesiology, exercise science, athletic training, or a similar field is a plus—but not required.

Schedule: Flexible scheduling opportunities, including weekday and Saturday shifts.

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience and the final compensation structure.
