You’ll work across the stack to prototype, test, and launch in-production features that make the workplace feel effortless. We’re a hybrid team based in Boston, working in-office several days a week so we can build and solve in real time. You’ll join a small, high-trust squad where shipping fast and learning faster is the norm. What you'll do: Stand up end-to-end features using LLMs, vector search, and streaming APIs. Move fast with rapid A/B testing, prompt tuning, and iteration in live environments. Touch every layer from infra-as-code to UI in a fast-moving product squad. Harden scrappy prototypes into real, scalable software. Collaborate closely with design, product, and strategy to shape what we build. You'll thrive here if: You’ve shipped 0-to-1 AI features and translated technical power into real value. You’re fluent in LLM concepts and comfortable making smart bets in ambiguous spaces.
