At Pyramid Healthcare in Mountaineer Inpatient in Kearneysville we specialize in Substance Use Disorder Treatment. Pyramid Healthcare Inc. has been in operations since 1999 and currently operate over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues. • Address: 3094 Charles Town Road, Kearneysville, WV
• Hourly Rate: $17/hour
• Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 5pm (On call rotation for weekends/evenings as needed)

Job Description:

• Supervises Behavioral Health Technicians and provides feedback on their performance.
• Orients and Trains new staff to unit and program.
• Communicates with staff either verbally or in written communication logs.
• Assists with employee disciplinary actions Develops employee schedule and conducts employee performance evaluations.
• Assists with interventions with clients and confiscation of items.
• Listens to clients and BHT's concerning all areas of the clients' treatment.
• Coordinate activities including lectures, recreation and meetings with Lead BHT's.
• Attends facility meetings and coordinates BHT department meetings.
• Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience:

• REQUIRED: High school diploma or equivalent.
• REQUIRED: Active and valid Driver's License.
