As we continue to expand our reach, we’re looking for a passionate and analytical MBA Marketing Intern to help accelerate our growth. About The Role We’re seeking an MBA Intern to support the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at increasing organic traffic, improving SEO performance, and driving patient appointment volume. The intern will also help establish and grow Tono’s brand presence across digital and social media platforms. This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in healthcare, digital marketing, and data-driven growth. Key Responsibilities Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify SEO opportunities Support the creation and optimization of blog content, landing pages, and educational articles for SEO Develop and help implement backlink and local SEO strategies Analyze web and traffic data to track performance and recommend areas for improvement Create and schedule content for social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to build brand awareness and engagement Propose and test new marketing campaigns to increase visibility and appointment volume Collaborate with clinicians and creative team members to ensure content aligns with clinical excellence and brand voice Monitor trends in digital health, SEO, and social media to keep Tono’s strategies current and effective Qualifications Current MBA student (preferably with a focus in marketing, strategy, healthcare, or entrepreneurship) Demonstrated interest in healthcare, digital marketing, or startup growth Experience with content marketing, SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console), or social media platforms preferred Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience in high-impact growth marketing at an early-stage startup Mentorship from Tono’s leadership team with backgrounds in healthcare, tech, and venture-backed startups Exposure to the intersection of marketing, healthcare, and digital innovation The opportunity to make a real-world impact by helping patients access the care they need #J-18808-Ljbffr Feedinkoo
