Fire Detection Inspector I What you will do Test and inspect fire alarm systems with existing and new customers. Maintain proper documentation for work performed using tools provided. Adhere to company safety policies and procedures. Follow verbal and written instructions. Carry or move equipment and tools weighing up to 70 lbs. Perform work in unusual or difficult positions, such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and using high‑lift equipment. Work alternative shifts or weekends to meet customer needs. Perform all duties in a safe and professional manner and maintain a clean and safe work area. What we look for Installation or Service Experience in testing and inspecting Fire Alarm Equipment. Self‑starter who can work with little or no supervision. Strong organizational skills and positive attitude, with the ability to learn quickly. Capability to perform physical labor. Excellent communication skills. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record. Ability to work well with others. Obtain NICET I within 1 year of employment. Basic computer skills – Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and smartphone skills. Hiring Hourly Range USD $20.19 – $27.03 per hour. This range is determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, internal equity, and market data. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
