Location: Lake Havasu City, Arizona

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description: Join our team as a Physical Therapist and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic community! You will have the opportunity to treat patients in a top-notch facility while enjoying the beautiful surrounding landscape, including Lake Havasu and the iconic London Bridge.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to help patients achieve functional goals.
• Monitor and document patient progress regularly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred.
