We are seeking an experienced  Framing Carpenter for a  full-time temporary position in Gainesville, FL, through August . This role focuses on wood framing, including measuring, cutting, and assembling framing materials to build walls, floors, ceilings, and other structural components. The ideal candidate has previous framing experience, works safely and efficiently, and is comfortable using hand and power tools in a construction environment.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood framing materials
• Construct walls, floors, ceilings, and other structural components
• Read and follow job specifications and measurements
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while meeting project deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous wood framing experience
• Knowledge of wood framing techniques
• Ability to accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials
• Must have reliable transportation and your own tools (hammer, tape measure, drill, impact driver, speed square, and tool belt)
• Must wear steel-toed boots and follow all safety guidelines
