Schedule Night Shift: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM Job Description We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse for our Medical Surgical 2S Stroke Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stroke care and be committed to providing high-quality patient care. The nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing patient care plans within the Medical Surgical unit, with a focus on stroke patients. Responsibilities Provide compassionate nursing care to stroke and medical-surgical patients. Administer medications and treatments per protocol. Monitor patient condition and vital signs, and report any changes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and modify care plans. Educate patients and families on stroke recovery and prevention strategies. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active Florida state or multistate licensure as a Registered Nurse. Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification. Minimum of 2 years recent Med-Surg RN experience.
