What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Learn about customers' needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer relationship.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to identify opportunities and strengthen relationships.
• Support sales and growth efforts through referrals, networking, and proactive communication.
• Maintain accurate customer information and policy documentation.
• Stay current on insurance products, agency processes, and industry changes.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve agency goals.

What We're Looking For

• Active insurance license preferred.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Previous insurance, sales, customer service, retail, or other people-focused experience is a plus.
