Registered Nurse - Dialysis

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive dialysis care in a dedicated clinical setting. The RN will ensure safe, effective treatment while maintaining adherence to healthcare standards and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer dialysis treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility guidelines.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patients vital signs and overall condition throughout procedures.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families on dialysis processes and post-treatment care.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and treatment details accurately and thoroughly.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards consistently.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 1-2 years of dialysis or acute care nursing experience preferred.
  
  
• 
  Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
  
  
• 
  Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures, infection control, and patient safety.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and patient care skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
