Senior CSA Construction Quality Lead (IBC/IFC)

What to Expect The Sr. Quality CSA Construction Manager is responsible for ensuring Tesla's construction projects adhere to strict building code compliance - specifically the International Building Code (IBC) and International Fire Code (IFC). This leadership role oversees the full quality lifecycle of construction projects, from initial planning through final closeouts, by managing factory-wide specifications, scheduling inspections, and implementing corrective actions. The position requires rigorous oversight to ensure all site activities and deliverables meet safety protocols, quality benchmarks, and regulatory standards.
