Taveras Talent Group LLC is seeking a Construction Field Laborer to support hands-on onsite work in Lynn, MA.

The Construction Field Laborer will perform general labor tasks in outdoor and jobsite environments, supporting day-to-day operations to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, takes pride in a job well done, and can follow direction in a fast-paced setting.

As an onsite team member, you will help maintain a clean and organized work area, assist with jobsite needs as assigned, and support production goals while prioritizing safety at all times.

• Perform physical labor tasks onsite, including moving materials, preparing work areas, and assisting with jobsite setup and cleanup

• Follow all safety procedures and use required safety equipment correctly

• Support assigned work activities by performing routine duties and assisting skilled team members as needed

• Maintain jobsite organization by keeping areas clean, controlled, and free of hazards

• Report issues, delays, or equipment needs to supervisors and help ensure tasks stay on track

• Ability to perform physically demanding work and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Willingness to follow safety rules and maintain a strong safety mindset

• Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work full-time onsite

• Basic ability to understand and carry out job instructions in a timely manner

• Strong work ethic and willingness to support a team-based environment

• Have tools available to work

• Prior field or construction labor experience

• Familiarity with jobsite safety practices and safe handling of materials

• Comfort working on active jobsites with regular physical activity and lifting

• Experience assisting with general labor tasks in outdoor environments

Hourly rate: $22.00 - $30.00
