This includes management of menus, staffing, inventory, budget control, food handling, preparation, storage, safety, and sanitation to ensure that residents and guests are consistently offered a superior dining experience.Position Requirements:Graduate of or attendance in an approved Dining Manager's course required.Minimum of 2--4 years of experience in food service required; supervisory or management experience required.ServSafe certification preferred.Basic knowledge of dietetic principles, food sanitation, and food service operations required.Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English.Must be willing to work flexible hours and assist at another facility for coverage or during an emergency; travel will be reimbursed.
