Sea Mar's network of services includes more than 90 medical, dental, and behavioral health clinics and a wide variety of nutritional, social, and educational services.The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and supporting daily front office operations. This role plays a key part in creating a positive patient experience while supporting clinic flow and access to care.Key Responsibilities:Greet patients, answer phones, and schedule appointmentsRegister patients and accurately enter demographic informationCollect patient payments and maintain accurate recordsAssist patients with forms, services, and referrals to community resourcesSupport back-office staff to help address clinical quality measure gapsMaintain a clean, organized front desk and patient waiting areasQualifications:High School Diploma or GED requiredPrevious medical or dental front office experience preferredBilingual English/Spanish preferredStrong communication, organization, and customer service skillsAbility to manage a multi-line phone system and basic office equipmentFast-paced clinic environment with frequent patient interaction.Sea Mar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive benefits package.Starting Wage: $21.30 per hourWork Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am - 5pmWhat We Offer:Sea Mar offers talented and motivated people the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing community health organization.
