The Lead Welder position is a great opportunity for a resilient, team-minded individual who does not stray away from a challenge. As a Welder at Trinity, you'll apply appropriate welding processes to join, surface, fabricate, and repair parts of metal or other weldable materials according to layouts, work orders, blueprints, schematics, and sketches using manual, automatic welding, and/or semi-automatic welding equipment. What you'll do:Welder (flux core) in all positionsMay TIG or Stik weld (stainless and aluminum)Perform out of position weld repairsProficiently perform fillet and groove weldsPerform flux core vertical weldsMay be certified to weld to tankFollow all safety rules and practicesMay be involved in safety committees or initiativesPerform other duties as assignedQualifications - External What you'll need: Minimum of 2 years of experience. Required to pass Senior level welding test. Able to make welds to stainless and carbon steel.
