Dietary Supervisor

We are a skilled nursing facility seeking a Dietary Supervisor to oversee Food Services operations, ensuring safe, timely, and high‑quality nutrition for our guests. Responsibilities Develop, conduct, and schedule in‑service training classes for Food Services staff. Coordinate food services and related activities with Nursing, Environmental, Activity, and Social Services departments. Prepare written and oral reports/recommendations for the Dietitian and/or Administrator regarding Food Services operations. Process diet changes and new diet orders received from nursing services. Qualifications Minimum 6 months experience in a dietary position. 1–3 months related experience or training, or equivalent. Able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. Knowledge of special diets. Ability to interpret and implement written or oral policies, procedures, and instructions. Strong numerical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
