Responsibilities: Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate soccer practices and drills for youth players Teach fundamental soccer skills including dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork Supervise and ensure the safety of all players during practices and games Provide positive, constructive feedback to help players develop confidence and ability Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress and schedules Set up and break down equipment before and after sessions Foster a fun, inclusive, and sportsmanlike environment for all participants Requirements: Previous experience coaching, teaching, or working with youth in a sports setting preferred Strong knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and player development fundamentals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents Patient, enthusiastic, and encouraging coaching demeanor Reliable transportation Background check required About Us: Soccer Stars is a youth-focused soccer organization dedicated to developing young players through fun, skill-building, and a love of the game in the North Palm Beach, FL area.
