We are seeking to hire a LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Unit Manager - Day Shift

• Full-Time and an On-Call Weekend rotation.
• $65K to $80K annually based on skills and experience.

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Unit Manager Qualifications:

• Current licensure in the State of Ohio as a LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Long-Term Care and nurse supervision.
• Must be able to read, write, speak English language.

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Unit Manager Unit Manager Job Summary:

• Supervise the unit, overseeing registered and licensed practical nurses, nursing aides, medical clerks and support staff.
• Manage work schedules, delegate assignments, assign tasks and evaluate employee job performance.
• Discipline staff who don't fulfill their job requirements or provide inadequate patient care.
• Set Unit goals and standards and establish employee policies and procedures.
