Specialty Pharmacy Manager

Summary of Position The Manager of Specialty Pharmacy Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for specialty pharmacy services, ensuring delivery of high-quality, patient‑centered care while maintaining compliance with regulatory, payer, and accreditation requirements. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving performance improvement initiatives, optimizing workflows, and leading a multidisciplinary team to achieve organizational goals and exceptional patient outcomes. The pharmacy manager will serve as a Compliance Officer for the specialty pharmacy program and a Supervising Pharmacist. Work location is 100 Corporate Blvd, Yonkers, NY 10701. Location Yonkers, New York Job Details Grant Funded: No Department: RX - Community Pharmacy Work Shift: Day Work Days: MON-FRI Scheduled Hours: 8:30 AM-5 PM Scheduled Daily Hours: 7.5 HOURS Pay Range: $148,000.00 - $185,000.00 Education and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy is required. Valid NYS Pharmacist license and registration is required. Outpatient and/or Specialty Pharmacy experience required with at least two years of pharmacy supervisory experience. Serves as Supervising Pharmacist. Eligible for Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy or similar certification. Must be familiar with 340B drug program. Must have knowledge of rules and regulations related to the practice of pharmacy. Working knowledge of Outpatient Pharmacy Management Systems, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Epic Electronic Health Record system, preferred.
