Lifespace Communities is seeking a Senior Living Sales Counselor to help older adults and their families explore living options that fit their needs, preferences, and goals. Build trusting relationships through compassionate, consultative conversations; explain independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing services; conduct tours and follow up with prospective residents. Partner with community teams to coordinate the transition process, maintain accurate prospect records, and support occupancy goals. Ideal candidates bring strong communication, customer service, and sales skills, along with an interest in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
