Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage field operations on commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and hands-on experience managing subcontractors, crews, schedules, and jobsite safety. Key Responsibilities Manage daily field operations and coordinate all onsite construction activities. Supervise subcontractors, trades, and field personnel to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications. Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment. Monitor construction progress and identify potential schedule or quality issues. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and project documents. Conduct regular jobsite inspections to ensure quality and compliance. Enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements. Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and clients. Track project milestones and communicate progress, delays, and field issues to project management. Ensure work is completed in accordance with project plans, building codes, and company standards. Assist with resolving field conflicts and construction-related issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite. Required Qualifications 5+ years of construction experience, with proven experience as a Superintendent or Lead Superintendent. Must have hands-on experience with concrete, framing, or masonry. Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field crews. Strong understanding of jobsite safety and OSHA requirements. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. Proficiency with construction management software is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Commercial, industrial, multifamily, or large-scale construction experience. Experience managing multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneously. OSHA 30 certification. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar construction software. #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
