The team includes clinicians, engineers, and operational staff collaborating on product development and deployment. About The Role This role is intended for a clinical professional who can support both implementation and ongoing use of Deep Breathe’s technology. It combines site‑based work, remote support, and feedback collection. Core Functions Include Onsite support: Training, onboarding, and troubleshooting at partner sites Remote onboarding: Delivering virtual training and ongoing support Project monitoring: Supporting adoption, addressing issues, and gathering feedback Conference participation: Representing the product at selected meetings and events The role focuses on ensuring that users can apply the technology appropriately within their clinical workflows Key responsibilities Serve as the primary clinical contact for partner sites Deliver onsite and virtual training to clinical users Support active deployments, including troubleshooting and workflow integration Represent the company at conferences and external events when needed Collect and communicate user feedback to internal product and clinical teams Work with internal teams to improve implementation and user experience Travel to partner sites as required Qualifications Clinical Experience: Minimum 3 years of clinical experience preferred Education / Training Experience: Experience teaching or training healthcare professionals in clinical settings Communication and Problem‑Solving: Ability to communicate clearly and manage issues in real time Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel regularly to support partner sites Domain Experience (Preferred): Experience with point‑of‑care ultrasound or medical device customer success a strong asset Additional information Training in point‑of‑care ultrasound will be provided to support the responsibilities of the role.
