Data Quality Specialist

Duties Designs and develops applications using defined software application development lifecycle methodologies. Works closely with team members through the full software development lifecycle: business/systems analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, development, testing and delivery. Interacts with business stakeholders to solidify requirements and choose best solutions. Designs and develops software applications and services using third and fourth-generation programming languages. Analyzes, designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents all assigned components and conduct peer code review. Follow solid engineering practices including configuration management using CM tools such as Subversion or CVS, and documentation according to ISO standards. Education Bachelor s Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field. Master s degree preferred. At least eight (8) years of professional job-related experience with a bachelor s degree or six (6) years with a master s degree or five (5) years with a Ph. D degree. General Experience Must have experience in SQL queries and database design. Must have experience in configuring, deploying and managing applications on different web application servers. Must have good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic work environment. Must have experience in test driven development. Specialized Experience Must have experience in the design and implementation of enterprise applications. Must have a demonstrated track record of designing, developing, and delivering single page, web-based applications.
