Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner, your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments to diagnose and treat a range of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, continuously evaluating and adjusting care plans based on patient progress.

  • Collaboratively developing discharge plans in partnership with a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring that patients are directed to appropriate community resources, treatment programs, and support networks.

  • Providing individual and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.

  • Referring patients to additional services such as psychiatrists, other mental health professionals, and community resources as necessary to facilitate comprehensive care.

  • Actively participating in care coordination meetings and utilizing communication skills to advocate for patients and their families, ensuring that their voices are heard within the clinical team.

  • Meeting all regulatory requirements and adhering to the standards set forth by the Mental Health Practice Act, contributing to a culture of excellence and compliance.

  • Performing social work consultation as needed, including crisis intervention and bereavement support, to enhance the overall well-being of patients and their caregivers.

  • Utilizing our intuitive case management platform to schedule appointments, record notes, and manage daily caseloads effectively, thus reducing administrative burdens.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical work will primarily involve adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges. By building rapport and trust, you will support your clients in navigating their personal journeys towards healing. The diverse backgrounds and experiences of our clients enrich the therapeutic environment and underscore the importance of cultural competence and sensitivity in your practices.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • Current and valid State Licensure as either an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist.
  • \n
  • A strong understanding of community mental health resources and an ability to connect clients with necessary services.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective interactions with clients, families, and other professionals.

  • A demonstrated ability to form strong therapeutic alliances with clients, emphasizing empathy and active listening.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in community mental health settings, familiarity with telehealth practices, and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team are highly valued. We also welcome candidates who have experience working with diverse populations and can adapt their therapeutic techniques to meet the varied needs of our clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and commitment to mental health care. In addition to this attractive salary, you may also qualify for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. You will benefit from our user-friendly case management application, flexible work hours, and the elimination of traditional overhead costs associated with private practice.
