Senior Project Accountant

We’re seeking a Senior Accountant with strong project accounting experience to support two business units. This hands-on role focuses on project profitability, revenue recognition, and leadership reporting, with clear growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle project accounting
- AIA billing, collections, and invoicing
- WIP schedules and percentage-of-completion accounting
- Vendor and supplier lien waiver management
- Financial reporting and analysis for management
- Support and mentor others as the role evolves
Qualifications
- 5+ years project accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Viewpoint Spectrum experience or ERP aptitude
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Self-starter with readiness for middle management
