Team Manager

Summary As Team Manager you will lead the store team to deliver world‑class customer experiences and drive sales through client development, cross‑selling, and effective sales floor management. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to recruit, develop, and motivate the team while owning business results. You will also provide market expertise and develop strategies to maximize product performance through visual merchandising and team training. Responsibilities Build and manage a personal client portfolio and drive client repurchase rates and cross‑selling. Manage the sales floor to maximize business opportunities and ensure memorable customer experiences. Recruit, develop, and lead the store team, fostering strong performance and engagement. Foster and develop client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up. Provide market expertise and develop strategies to maximize product performance. Leverage visual merchandising, client development training, and team animations to drive results. Requirements Commercially minded with a thorough understanding of the luxury market, ideally within retail. Extensive people management skills with the ability to recruit and develop teams. Strong sales leadership and a focus on delivering world‑class customer service. Agile and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
