CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Responsibilities Manage multiple priorities and provide technical recommendations/solutions to complex problems encountered during the administration of construction contracts. Manage contractor Requests for Information (RFIs) and ensure timely responses. Utilize knowledge of construction safety principles and practices in the administration of assigned projects to mitigate any safety incidents on the project. Assist in the negotiation of contract modifications to the extent possible and within designated thresholds under the direction of the Contracting Officer to ensure the most fair and reasonable cost is determined. #J-18808-Ljbffr US Marine Corps
