FMS Apache/Chinook Training Project Manager

Position Responsibilities Leads projects and provides oversight (including performance management metrics & reporting) for a portfolio of complex projects to support International Vertical Lift Training organizational goals and objectives Leads proposal, technical and cost volume development and project execution by identifying activities, resources, and tasks required to complete the work statement Provides technical, business and integration leadership for the development and execution of project or team plans Leads assessments and collaborative resolution of complex cross‑functional issues amongst multiple diverse stakeholders Manages Risk, Issues, and Opportunities, and associates mitigation and implementation plans Establishes and communicates objectives and goals to ensure common direction and delivery of high‑quality products and services on‑time Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plans regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project Interfaces, communicates and develops relationships with our US Army customer Integrates with various business units, cross‑functional teams, suppliers, and customers Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent military experience 3+ years’ experience in a role requiring project / program management skills Experience leading projects in a cross‑functional environment Experience interfacing with internal and external customers Experience developing presentations for leadership Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) Experience working with and/or managing supply chain processes and functions Experience using Earned Value Management or similar cost and schedule accounting means Experience managing contractual deliverables Willing and able to travel up to 15% of the time both domestically and internationally Drug Free Workplace Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post‑offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
