About the role:
The Client Success team follows a Client for Life Philosophy and individuals in this role ensure that every Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment. Associates seek to understand and surface clients business priorities breakdown challenges and identify the most effective ways to support the client in making the right decisions for their business. They are responsible for articulating Gartner value to prospective clients onboarding clients proving the concept of Gartner services and stimulating client engagement of products.
New Client Engagement (NCE) a part of our Client Success Organization is a fast-paced dynamic business unit focused on providing the highest level of s ervice to prospects and clients. NCE is made up of two functions: Client O nboarding and Insights Platform Walkthrough for prospects .
The Client O nboarding role focuses on providing a customized experience for new and upgraded clients. The Insights Platform Walkthrough team provides pre-sale demo nstration s of Gartner resources including our platform to prospects as a part of the sales process.
The NCE team utilizes Gartner assets coupled with our platform to provide a valuable client experience that starts with a prospect demonstration by an NCE Insights Platform Walkthrough specialist moves to an extensive client onboarding experience by an NCE Client Onboarding Specialist and transitions seamlessly to a service delivery associate for ongoing support.
Youll apply strategic thinking and relationship building to help executives solve th eir most pressing business challenges. You will understand their critical initiatives align Gartner research and expertise and help contribute to Gartners growth.
What you will do:
Collaborate with our Sales teams on how to effectively demo nstrate Gartner products and resources to prospe cts or clients to increase likelihood of engaging and purchasing a license. Communicate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value Gartner delivers to prospects and clients.
Research prospective and existing companies C-Level executives business trends and competitive intelligence to prepare relevant and tailored Gartner resources to drive impact.
Facilitate prospect and /or client calls to understand client priorities and challenges and articulate the value of Gartners renowned products and services. Understand and communicate Gartner services and capabilities to prospective clients and demonstr ate value to decision makers .
What you will need:
Bachelors degree preferred
6 months relevant professional and/or internship experience with a p roven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients
Ability to demonstrate strong communication collaboration prioritization critical thinking and influencing skills; ability to be agile and flexible
Well defined t ime management and o rganizational skills
Must be bilingual in English and Portuguese

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 53000 USD - 77000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO a 401k match up to $7200 per year the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount and more.
